Yes. As licensed master plumbers we handle gas line work including connections for water heaters, stoves, and dryers. Gas line work must be done by a licensed professional — it's not a job for handymen or general contractors. If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas company first, then call us once it's been shut off.

A journeyman plumber has completed an apprenticeship and passed a licensing exam — they're qualified to do most plumbing work. A master plumber has gone further: additional years of experience, a more rigorous exam, and the license required to run a plumbing company and pull permits. Walter Cooper, Northlake's founder, is a licensed master plumber who has led this crew for over 50 years. Every job we take is ultimately his responsibility, and that matters.
